The Skye Angling Guide Terms and Conditions of Hire.
1. Children under 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible participating adult.
2. Prices do not include personal insurance, and The Skye Angling Guide does not accept any liability for any injury sustained by anyone engaged in any Skye Angling Guide activity. You will be required to read and sign an Agreement to that effect prior to commencement of fishing.
3. Travel to any venue is at the participant’s risk. The Skye Angling Guide accepts no responsibility for any injury sustained by any party while in transit to, or from, a venue.
4. To comply with local angling club rules I regret that no dogs are allowed.
5. The Skye Angling Guide can cancel or curtail the activity at any time if in his sole opinion the conditions present an unacceptable risk to health and welfare.

6. A non refundable deposit of 20% of hire fees and the full cost of any pre booked permits is payable for advance bookings.
7. Where travel to and from a venue is required this will be included in the time of chargeable hire from the rendezvous point
8. Any damage or loss of The Skye Angling Guide property will incur a charge.
